St.Lucia Jazz review 2010

 

Organizers say Saint Lucia Jazz recorded increased numbers with 40% of spectators repeat visitors from previous years of the festival. Celebrating its 19th year the festival opened with two nights at gaiety and ended with three events at pigeon island. Headlined by two Jamaican singers Saint Lucia jazz included locals like Carl Gustave and Teddyson John mixed with Americans and the British. Along with declaring it a success organizers were also looking ahead to next year.

Classical Jazz

Jazz/classical guitarist David Cullen teamed up with the Gabriel Chamber Ensemble for an evening of original, Jazz standards and classical repetoire and the concert was captured live for this release.
