I currently live in the United States and I am trying to get monies owed to me from a company who has exclusive jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands. I want to file a civil lawsuit claim but don’t know how to do it. I was told I can do it by mail to avoid going back and forth to the virgin islands. I have tried several web sites with negative results. How can I go about bringing forth this claim?

I will be spending 3 weeks in the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands. I would like to bring my iPhone 3G, but I am not sure of the fees involved if I use Data there. I am OK with using EDGE down there, but I need to know if data use there is covered under the iPhone data plan.
