@xEGC92x No, officially pilot(s) only give “advice” to the captain but the captain is responsible for anything that happens.

    Dear All,

I have some question about psychology:

    * Why do humans want to design and to build big cruises but other naimal do not?

I mean that other specious of animals do not even think of build a small boat.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative idea and brainstorm!!! )

P.S. I was on “Lened of the Sea” last week for the Chinese New Year. The services, the room and the food were very excellent.
