Dreaming of a Caribbean Vacation Home Investment?

Dreaming of a Caribbean Vacation Home Investment?
Unlike visiting a Caribbean beach resort or a hotel, Caribbean vacation homes are a long term investment. Searching through web sites and talking to a few international real estate agents will put you on the right path. Having a real estate agent well versed in international sales might be your best bet. info@cancunoceaneleven.com
Doing business online can be risky, as you wouldn’t want to be taken in a scam and end up losing your money. An international agent will know all the ins and outs of the process and you’ll most likely have a very specific paper trail by the time all is said and done. Consider your budget carefully.
Know exactly how much you want to spend and how much you’ll be able to afford in the Caribbean vacation homes market. Visit a few different islands to see which one suits you best. There are a lot to choose from, each one more beautiful than the next, but since you’re making such a big investment, you don’t want to rush and find out later that there was something better someplace else. While you might end up using the services of an agent, you can still do a lot of your searching online. The internet provides an endless resource for sales and locations. If you don’t want to buy a home, maybe you can find one for rent.
A Caribbean rental villa might be a better option for you if you don’t want the long term commitment. Of course, if you do decide on buying one of the available Caribbean vacation homes on the market, you also have to consider what you are going to do with it in the off-season. Will you leave the house empty or will you rent the house out to others? You can also check on our online property sites for Caribbean vacation homes. It is a great place to get bargains and pay far less than you would going through some of the other sources. With all the choices available you are sure to find one that fits you. Before you know it, you will be looking forward to plenty of days in your vacation home.
Make your appointment and ask for info in today’s buyers market.

I hate Caribbean vacations

I hate Caribbean vacations
I hate Caribbean vacations.
Yes, you heard me right, pal. I truly, passionately hate Caribbean vacations.
I’d rather freeze to death, up here in Iceland than go on a Caribbean trip.
Not surprisingly, my last Caribbean getaway was in November. I went to Curacao. Cura-what? Ah, just go ahead and Google it.
Anyways.
There’s a thin line between love and hate. So they say. Well, it might explain my sudden hatred towards this paradisiacal dot on the world map.
The thing is…Curacao vacations are addictive, life-altering and utterly frustrating when back home!
It’s everything, I’ve always dreamed of, so close for me to taste but yet so far away.
I’ve been scammed a thousand times while trying to make a few millions, so that I could buy my own piece of Caribbean paradise.
In fact, I’ve thought of quitting my day job back home and start afresh as a fisherman in Curacao
Yes, folks I have reached this point of desperation. Can you blame me?
You get the picture, right? What you don’t know can’t hurt you! Those five days in paradise will make you realize what exactly you’re missing out on.
These islanders live their dreams by making a decent and honest living. It feels like entering a new world, a place where wealth is measured in time not money.
Why would you work your butt off 360 days a year so you can have a sweet Caribbean vacation every now and then?
Think about it. Go ahead and just ponder that thought for a while.
Why do we even retire to the Caribbean?

Caribbean Vacation Packages For The Entire Family

Caribbean Vacation Packages For The Entire Family
Not just a destination for couples, Caribbean vacation packages can cater to entire families, with activities for every age group.
The Caribbean is often portrayed in movies and books as arguably the ultimate resort destination for couples and retirees. The almost year-round good weather makes the islands ideal for rest and relaxation while on vacation. The same weather, however, is now beginning to appeal to eco-tourism groups who wish to enjoy the protected and untouched remote areas of the islands as well as the resorts.
Much of Bonaire, for example, is part of the Washington-Slagbaai National Park, and the waters are within the boundaries of the STINAPA National Marine Park where the environment is protected. Families can enjoy the island’s pristine waters and natural beauty through various outdoor activities such as snorkeling, sailing, kayaking and more.
Vacation packages in the Caribbean can come with snorkeling or scuba lessons for kids, which can also include fish identification lessons and other fun activities. For young adults, on the other hand, the islands offer numerous clubs that play all kinds of music from jazz, to reggae and even rock and roll. They can experience sunsets and sunrises by the bonfire on the beach while their parents dine in elegant settings on gourmet cuisine or indulge in the amenities of one of the Caribbean famous resorts.
To really get the family together, boat tours and charter boats are a great way to get around from island to island. For convenience and discounted rates, these can often be included with Caribbean vacation packages.
