I am taking my wife on a short cruise to the Bahamas and am wondering if there is a policy on pregnant women. Will she be able to enjoy herself?

It is correct that it depends on how far along she is. Most air and cruise lines have the same policy regarding this. I believe it is “under 5 months” along that is OK to travel.
To be on the safe side do one or both of the following:
1) check out the cruise lines web site…probably the FAQs page
2) get a doctor’s note stating it’s safe for her to travel
