How do I bring a civil claim living in the U.S. against a company in the British Virgin Islands?

Can you answer jlc247’s question about Caribbean?:

I currently live in the United States and I am trying to get monies owed to me from a company who has exclusive jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands. I want to file a civil lawsuit claim but don’t know how to do it. I was told I can do it by mail to avoid going back and forth to the virgin islands. I have tried several web sites with negative results. How can I go about bringing forth this claim?
