Caribbean Feedback: Cuba or Dominican Republic are the usual hot spots that offer cheap packages. However, feel free to explore the season for cheap rates on other Islands. Charter flights are also cheaper and maybe a better deal for you and your crew.

Caribbean Feedback: Try the United States Virgin Isands you will love it and you don’t have to worry about currency exchange and it is duty-free liquor

Caribbean Feedback: Rent a house or villa before Dec 15th for the best deals. High season runs Dec 15th – Apr 15th. If you look into renting a house over a hotel, you will def save more. You can also rent several apts at the same location for cheap. In Barbados, apartments start at about $60US a night, which typically sleep 2 people in the bedroom & often there is a futon in the living room. Of course you can rent more upscale places, but even at $60, you get maid service & a clean place. US Currency is accepted throughout the island. The exchange rate is about $1US = $2 Barbados dollars. Nightlife is exciting there & then of course there are nice beaches around (stick to the ones on the south & west coast as the ones on the east can be a bit rough for swimming).

Caribbean Feedback: Looks like you’re coming from Illinois (I’m in Michigan)? Have been to many of the “islands” and just getting there/the airfare is usually half the cost. From past experience, the destinations with the most tourism/tourists are the cheapest places to fly to because they have so many charter flights. As a result, you may want to check out Jamaica (and I suggest Negril as being less touristy as other spots if that matters to you) and the Dominican Republic is usually quite reasonable. Don’t know your political feelings toward Mexico right now but Mexico is also quite reasonable with Cancun or Cozumel being good choices (Cancun is the more modern party city and Cozumel the smaller, quiter, more laid back village). Cozumel is my personal favorite and you may want to check out renting a house/villa for the week through (have a friend who uses them), or.
