Caribbean Feedback: I would highly recommend Cuba, the people there are very friendly and respectful of tourists. However, if you are American this option may not be available to you. In second I would place Mexico, especially the Grand Bahia Principe in Playa Del Carmen. Excellent food, security and beatufiul resort very picturesque and complies with all Western standards
Caribbean Feedback: Sandals in St. Lucia, Montego Bay, Antigua, The Bahamas; Couples Resorts in Negril and Ochio Rios, Jamaica are some of the best from what I’ve heard from couples who’ve vacationed there.

There are many more on that link.
Good luck and hope you find the ideal honeymoon resort.
Caribbean Feedback: Barbados is very popular for honeymoons and have some all-inclusive resorts to cater to your needs. this will take you to the site.
check out about the honeymoon here.
Caribbean Feedback: Hi Sully143,
How are you? I am a honeymoon/vacation specialist. For the money, the best resort is Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa – The Luxury Included Vacation in Negril, Jamaica.
Caribbean Feedback: Sandals is decent but some of the locations are overpriced for what you get. I have been to 3 different Sandals (Negril, Whitehouse and Royal Bahamian). The only one I can truthfully recommend is Whitehouse.
The only problem I had with Sandals Whitehouse (which may be a plus for you…especially on your honeymoon) is that it is secluded away from everything so if you want to explore the island itself you will spend some time in a bus or cab getting there. However it is the newest Sandals, the service was fantastic and there is a huge beach with enough room for everyone to stretch out.
You didn’t specify a particular island. If you are unsure, you may want to consider a cruise as the ship is essentially an all inclusive (minus drinks, spa treatments, etc.) and you get to see multiple ports. The entertainment, amenities and service are generally better on a cruise than a Caribbean all inclusive. You can get some really good deals on cruises but don’t forget to factor in the cost of getting to the port when pricing.
Good luck!
Caribbean Feedback: Try Barbados. we have plenty all inclusive resorts come and enjoy.
P.S tyr Accra hotel,The crane hotel and savannah hotel.! =)
