Caribbean Feedback: Guadeloupe, Martinique or St. Marten.
Caribbean Feedback: St Martin/St Maarten is one island with two different sides.
St Martin is the french side and they have many optional clothing beaches. It’s not a big deal to them to see women topless or nude. Orient Beach, Cupecoy and Happy Bay are your most popular. Here are a couple of links to check out.
St Maarten is the dutch side and some of the beaches you will find women going topless, but not as much.
They call this island the gourmet capital of the world. The food is fantastic. Not only do you have delicious food but the shopping is excellent too.

Caribbean Feedback: Bavaro in the dominican republic is a stunning beach which stretches for miles and miles of pure white soft sand. When i was here i saw many topless ladies.
