Will I have to exchange money in the Caribbean?

There certain parts of Caribbean that allow
the use of U.S. dollars. These stores,
amenities and different establishments cater
to American tourists. However, other parts of
the Caribbean do not accept U.S. money as
currency. In those place you will need to
have your U.S. dollars exchanged for the
local currency.
