1. Cayman Islands - The Cayman Islands are known for their exotic beauty and the excellent opportunities they offer to water sports enthusiasts. Thousands of visitors visit the Cayman Islands, and it is easy to see why. It has many pristine beaches, such as the Seven Mile Beach. You can snorkel in sparkling clear waters, dive to investigate shipwrecks or just lie on the beach to soak up the sun and enjoy the scenery. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the numerous bird watching opportunities as well as hiking trails. Families, meanwhile, will enjoy going to their unique theme park "Hell" which has a marine concept and where you can also view nesting turtles. Suffice to say that mostly everyone will be attracted to the boundless charm of the Cayman Islands.

2. Aruba - Colourful Aruba is an exciting travel destination. With many tourist attractions, ranging from picturesque chapels to an ostrich farm to a bird sanctuary, visitors are sure to have a good time here. Its beaches, like most beaches in the Caribbean, are stunning and offer many water sports activities. Aruba is also famous for its food. There is something for every palate. Aruban fare, American fare, Thai fare... You name it and there is sure to be a restaurant catering to it.

3. The Bahamas - With a myriad of activities, sights and attractions all packed within a stunningly exotic locale, there is something for everyone in the Bahamas. Families with children will be spoiled for choice. They can choose to swim with the dolphins, view nesting turtles or go horseback-riding together. Numerous breathtaking beaches provide plenty of opportunity for water sports. A variety of hikes and tours are offered are offered, so you just have to choose one that most interests you. Also, with splendid casinos and countless night clubs, you do not have to worry about where to head to when the sun sets. Dance the night away and have fun getting to know the local culture.

4. Saint Lucia - Saint Lucia is popular for its beauty and its exquisite beaches and resorts. One feature that makes Saint Lucia different is that it is one of the more mountainous Caribbean islands. It is the only place in the world that has a drive-in volcano. Saint Lucia is also home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Pitons. These are two distinctively shaped volcanoes which have become a Caribbean icon. Numerous festivals are held in Saint Lucia, such as the world-acclaimed Jazz Festival and its Lent Carnival, which is a colourful opportunity for visitors to get acquainted with the locals.

5. Antigua - Antigua is one of the more developed islands in the Caribbean and attracts a steady stream of tourists. Its unique activities include swimming with the dolphins at the Dolphin Discovery, or with the Stingrays at Stingray City. Many tours are offered on land and on sea. You can even charter your own boat and go deep sea fishing with friends or family.
